1. Ready-Made Websites

1.1. Due to the digital nature of our ready-made websites, all sales are final, and refunds are not available once the website has been delivered or accessed.
1.2. If you experience any issues with your ready-made website (e.g., file corruption or compatibility issues), contact us at support@droxle.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


2. Custom Websites

2.1. Refunds for custom website projects are available only if the cancellation request is made before the project work begins.
2.2. If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
2.3. Once the custom website is delivered and approved, refunds are not available.


3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund, please email us at support@droxle.com with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request
    3.2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Ready-made websites that have been delivered or downloaded.
  • Custom websites after final approval and delivery.
  • Third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain names) purchased through our platform.


5. Exchanges or Revisions

5.1. If you are unsatisfied with your delivered website, contact us to discuss possible revisions or exchanges.
5.2. Revision requests may incur additional charges, depending on the scope of the changes.
